ADMISSIONS
Bethel Colony is not
intended to function as a medical facility. Therefore, we are
unable to accept those with communicable diseases. We require
prospective students to abstain from the use of alcohol and drugs
at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Also, potential residents
must posses a sincere desire to begin a new life and to be free
from the bondage of alcohol and drugs.
The required length of stay is 65 days. To serve each man effectively,
it is necessary that he submit an application by phone and subsequently
forward the results of recent HIV and TB medical tests. Once we
receive the application and medical tests, we will place the applicant
on our active waiting list, and he will be called as soon as bed
space is available.
Our office hours are from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Monday
through Saturday, with the exception of Tuesday evening and Thursday
evening when the office closes at 6:00 p.m.. Our office hours
on Sunday are from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
If you have prayer
needs or praise reports you would like to share with us, e-mail
these to bethelcolony@charter.net.
These will be prayed about and read during chapel every Thursday
night. If you do not want to share these with the whole group,
please indicate this in your e-mail, "And pray for one another,
so that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a
righteous man avails much." James 5:16
